Life Coaching Sessions!
Guys. I am offering free life coaching sessions! I will have 3 spots open, starting in the very near future. Please let me know if you are interested! You can use my contact form or email me at lifeastice@gmail.com.I've been really working this plan out for a few weeks now. Researching and fleshing out ideas and systems and procedures. It is so exciting to feel like you are on the verge of possibly making a difference in someones life. To be taking charge of your own life and working towards something big and new! So.What does a life coach do, you ask? Well, one of the key tasks of a life coach is to help someone make and exceed goals in their personal or professional lives. They empower their clients to help themselves by never judging, giving opinions, or telling clients what to do, but by asking the right questions and providing guidance. A life coach focuses on the future to encourage personal development and self-improvement in their clients. It is often seen as a partnership between the client and the coach, who will gently encourage the client to explore how to make changes for the better in their own lives. Coaching sessions are usually held over the phone, Skype/Facetime, or through emails, and vary in length depending on the type of session, but usually last 45-60 min. You can schedule as many sessions as you feel you need. A coach may have their client fill out questionnaires, forms, tests, any number of things to learn who their client is and how best to proceed in the coaching process. Some coaches specialize in specific fields like health, marriage, parenting, finance, career changes, etc. You do not need a certification to be a life coach. All sessions are 100% confidential, and client-coach relationships are protected by a legally binding contract. If this sounds like something you think you might benefit from, please let me know! I'd love to be your life coach!Love, Jess
